Ukraine and the European Union have agreed to extend the Agreement on the Liberalization of Cargo Transport for another 15 months. This means that Ukrainian and European carriers will continue to be able to carry out bilateral and transit cargo transport without the need for special permits.
Since the agreement came into effect, the share of Ukrainian freight transport in trade with the EU has increased by almost 55%.
What this means for business:
✅No additional permits: carriers can plan routes without bureaucratic barriers
📈Logistics stability: uninterrupted delivery of goods between Ukraine and the EU
🌍Support for exporters: simplified conditions for Ukrainian exporters
This is an important step towards integrating Ukraine into the European economic space and supporting national business under wartime conditions
